General Care & Cleanliness

Respect the Space: Please treat this home with the same care and respect as you would your own. Clean as You Go: To keep the unit fresh and inviting, please tidy up after yourself during your stay. Shower Care: Please ensure the bathroom sliding door is closed while showering to prevent water damage or slips. Guest Conduct

Registered Guests Only: Only guests included in the original booking are permitted in the unit. Unregistered visitors will result in additional charges. Smoke-Free Environment: Smoking and vandalism are strictly prohibited inside the unit. Pet Policy: We love animals, but our home is currently a pet-free zone. Legal Compliance: We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for any illegal activities on the premises. Safety & Security

Lock Up: For your protection and the security of your belongings, please ensure the door is securely locked every time you leave the unit. Personal Items: Please do a final sweep of the unit before you check out. The owner is not responsible for any lost or forgotten personal items. Damages & Loss

Responsibility: We understand accidents happen, but please note that any lost items or damage to the property will be charged to the guest accordingly. Thank you for choosing to stay with us! We hope you have a wonderful and relaxing visit.

Note: Swimming pool is not available every Monday due to weekly maintenance.

🚪 How to Access the Unit (Self Check-In) We use a self-check-in system via a secure keybox located right beside the main door of the unit.

Get the Code: For security purposes, your unique keybox code will be sent to you here before 2:00 PM on the day of your arrival.

Retrieve the Key: Once you arrive at Unit 926, open the keybox using the code provided, retrieve the key, and use it to unlock the door.

Keep it Safe: Please ensure the key remains secure throughout your stay.
